This is the services website funnel, where agencies, brick and mortar businesses, coaches, consultants, etc. acquire a lot of their leads and eventual clients.

It is a whole website-based funnel and can take a while to set up, but is the core of a successful service business once implemented correctly.

It has 4 parts:

Part 1

Part 1 is your website traffic. Position the top of your funnel high in the market with SEO and Google Adwords, as well as attention and reviews from your blog, Facebook or other social media platforms and direct all of the traffic to part two: your landing page and content pages of your site.

Part 2

Here you present who you are as a brand and company, what you do and how you can help people, examples of your work, satisfied client testimonials, etc. with the goal of directing traffic to the central CTA of the funnel which is part 3: scheduling a call with you to talk about specifics.

Part 3

Here you use a form and or a booking calendar to collect their information, setup a time and if all goes well they have a time slot for you to fully pitch your services to them. But if they fail to complete the booking, they go to a safety net email sequence to reincentivize their appointment and encourage them to finish setting it up.

Part 4

Once the booking is complete, part 4 is to confirm their booking, tag them for future marketing, and follow up with them via email to make sure they make the booking on time.

Of course after this funnel is complete, make sure you follow up with your own internal invoicing system to collect payment as people sign up for your services.
