This is the coaching funnel.

Whether you do your coaching online or in person, one on one or in groups, this funnel is an essential piece of gaining new clients, and ensuring your business runs efficiently in all stages of your coaching process.

It has 3 parts.

Part 1

Part 1 is your main audience source and your personal page. Here is where, through social media or other similar communities like forums, you gain attention to your coaching services which then directs visitors to your main website or personal page where you share information about you, what you offer, satisfied client testimonials, etc.
From your personal page, the goal is to opt visitors into applying for your coaching services in part 2 using a CTA button or opt in form on your site.

Part 2

In part 2 once they have shown interest in your services they will complete a small survey through the application form, where you determine if they are a valid potential customer for your services. If everything goes smoothly, they are directed to part 3. If they fail to complete their booking, but you captured their email address, you retarget them through email to get them to part 3. If they still don't opt in you tag them and keep them as a warm lead for marketing to later on with promos or other special offers.

Part 3

Part 3 is your booking process including a calendar to create an appointment with you, and an email confirmation sequence where you thank them for signing up, deliver the link or instructions for your meeting, and give them a few reminders so they make the appointment on time.
